In the middle of the year when you are too stressed up with work, a nice holiday is all you need to rejuvenate yourself. That’s why we decided to go on a full day trip to Perfume Pagoda. First thing, I would like to mention about the trip is that we didn’t expect this good experience at such a small price. The boat trip, sightseeing, and the guide – I loved it all.
The trip started and ended in Hanoi. After an almost 2 hour road trip, we went for rowing boat on Yen Stream as promised to us by kim tours. The trekking part of the Main Cave Pagoda was really a memorable experience that each person needs to taste. We got full transportation facilities by car as promised.

If you need some enjoyment and refreshment at affordable prices, go try a tour like this. I never believed in the tour packages like these, but this one really changed my perception. An adventurous and luxurious experience – that’s what I got in my low cost Perfume Pagoda trip that would remain as one of the most memorable moments in my life. Thank you so much Kim Tours, you were great!

I have traveled to various other countries before but was worried about taking a trip to Vietnam. The language barrier was the biggest factor in my decision to search for a tour guide. I was traveling with my fiancé and she wanted a guided tour for her own piece of mind. Reluctantly is searched and came across Kim Tours. My interest was first drawn by all the specifics on their website. Every aspect of the trip was detailed. I was not disappointed. The service from the guides was exceptional and we were able to see all the sites and wonders of Vietnam. My fiancé and I saw so much and even got a huge glimpse in the all aspects of Vietnam culture. The guides were friendly and accommodating.
Thanks to Kim tours we are considering making a repeat trip to Vietnam. My trip was simply awesome and I look forward to using Kim Tours again in the future.

This was our first visit to Vietnam, having spent last summer in Thailand my partner and I were eager to try somewhere new this year. We'd always wanted to visit Vietnam, due to its rich history, and most importantly, the food! The tourist guides here were very friendly, and made the experience extremely enjoyable indeed. During our time, we were able to take in some fantastic sights, and some of the lushest greenest countryside that you're ever likely to see in your entire lives. We saw temples, rivers, lakes, and quaint little villages. We were worried that we'd struggle to communicate with our guides, or understand what they were saying, but they spoke better English than some people from my city here in the UK! The food was great, the sights were even better, and the tour itself was well worth the money.

I've never been to Vietnam and had no idea where to start. After looking at reviews and different travel sites, I stumbled upon Kim Tours. Their website offers a variety of options and pricing already listed. Since I didn't really know what to expect, I decided to just messaged them directly. They responded quickly and clearly. I felt like they were a legitimate business and would be in good hands.

I decided on a 14 day Vietnam Beach tour. They were great at accommodating my itinerary to my standards. ( I'm really picky about hotel rooms.) My tour guides spoke very clear English and was very helpful the entire time. Everything was taken care of so I could just relax and enjoy my trip. Although activities were planned each day, I still had some leisurely time. It was the perfect balance of scheduled activities and relaxation to get the most out of my time in Vietnam.

I highly recommend Kim Tours if it is your first time in Vietnam and feel a little overwhelmed on creating your own itinerary.

I have used Kim Tours for a trip in Vietnam that lasted 2 weeks. My husband and I love to travel and Vietnam seemed like a great country to visit. The main reason we used this tour agency is that there would definately be a language barier without them, but I have enjoyed the trip and itinerary was well put together.
I was amazed by Islands Hon Mun and Hon Tam. Seeing the first college in Vietnam was really important to me as an enormous part of their culture but also because I am a teacher myself.
Accommodation was pretty good in Hanoi, Hue etc. People in the agency really gave a lot of effort in order for us, tourists, to have wonderful time.
Highly recommended by me and my hubbie, and I am sure we will use Kim Tours again.

I've been advice to use this tours company by my elder brother which had been in Vietnam few times earlier.

As me and my boyfriend were thinking to travelling around the whole country but haven't got too much time to plan every single day, book hotels and so, we choosed a tour called "Explore Vietnam " .

At first the whole package price seems to me a little bit expansive but if think carefully about all the services we had included and for 18 days well , in the end, it was a fair deal.

Honestly was the best choice ever!

We started our trip from Ho-chi-minh City instead of Hanoi as we were already there and we were assisted all the time by an english speaking guide provided by Kim Tours, transportations, tickets for any attraction we had visited and all the necessary included hotels to stay, foods etc..

We often had skip dinner at hotels just because we wanted to try vietnamese local food which it is very cheap if compared to european prices and really delicious.

The experience with this tour operator was excellent and the only thing i'd regret was that we had to add to the total cost prices for airport taxes (which wasn't included in the tour package price).

I'd highly recommend this tour operator to any person who is looking forward to discover vietnam having several days off or even small time by choosing one of their services.

Thank you Kim Tours!

I have traveled around Thailand, Cambodia and Laos which was absolutely amazing but nothing compared with my tour of Vietnam with Kim Tours.I was shown parts which normal tourists do not get to see and treated like a god. Miss Hoai from Kim tours is extremely knowledgeable and I learnt a lot from her and consider her to be a good friend after our time together. The tour itself was well thought out and you did not feel rushed which some tour operators do make you feel like. I am going back to Vietnam in a few months and will definitely be booking another tour through them. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

When I first traveled to Vietnam, I was a little worried about a language gap. I decided to go with a travel guide. I don't usually do this, but after a little research I found Kim Tours and decided to go with it. And boy am I glad I did, they where friendly and efficient, and had everything planned out perfect.

They developed wonderful itineraries, and carried them out blissfully. If you are looking to go to Vietnam and are also a little worried about language issues, then look no further then Kim Tours. They made my stay in Vietnam and the Hanoi area a pleasant one.

I know 100% that if I make it back to Vietnam I will be using Kim Tours again, they delivered spot on, and left me with a great piece of mind. Thanks!

While in Vietnam, my husband and I were having a little difficulty with the language, and being a little unprepared, we decided to go with a tour agency to schedule our itinerary. We used them to go to the popular tourist sites such as Ha Long Bay. They did a great job of developing and executing our itineraries, and the guides were very helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

My friends and I went on a tour with Kim Tours during our stay at Vietnam and we were thrilled. We selected to go for the Vietnam Overview Tour and I can say the experience was as we expected it and even better. The service from the company was exceptional and we were able to see all the important and beatiful places of Vietnam. My friends and I were able to get to know a part of the local cutlure. The tour was well organized and it also came in an affordable price.

I can say that if you want to have any tour in Vietnam, then Kim Tours will guarantee you have a wonderful time and an experience you will always remember.

I booked Kim Tours for a recent trip to Vietnam and we had a really good experience with them. They planned our itinerary really well, they took care of all the details we wanted taken care of when we were corresponding via email, our guide was well informed and spoke decent english and while on the tour we even realised that we ended up saving money. I'm not sure we wouldve been able to wrap so much in the amount we spent, if not for an organised tour operator. Don't pay attention to the few bad reviews these guys have, when travelling to south east asia, you have to make some concessions for language. Kim Tours delivered what it promised us.

I had a blast taking this tour and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Hanoi area. I was hesitant about going on a tour with mixed reviews, but I have to say the tour was extremely informative and very interesting for my boyfriend and I. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed through the entire thing. The tour guides are fun and energetic not boring and dull! I can't tell you how many tours I have been on where the guides are so monotone. (blah!) They provide an amazing experience for such an affordable cost. The scenery is breathtaking. We enjoyed dinner on the boat, the pagoda, all the shopping and restaurants with tasty food, and the beautiful white sandy beaches with views of beautiful blue water. This tour offers so much more than beautiful views though. Tons of knowledge, culture, and Monkeys! There really isn't a reason to not give them a go. Thumbs up!

I was a bit apprehensive about using Kim Tours when I saw some negative reviews about them. But I gave it a go still ‘coz I’ve seen some really great reviews as well. I always have this uncanny habit of trusting my gut feel. Add to that, my good friend Trang – my Vietnamese counterpart in the software company I work for, recommended Kim Tours to me as the best in their country.

‘Guess not all situations are really alike. I find the tour guides really accommodating & warm, and they really tried their best to make us comfortable during the tour. The tours are priced just right, plus the seat sale in the airline I used also helped me save on my visit to Vietnam. My friend and I had a great time visiting the villages in Hanoi, and we had a taste of some Vietnamese food –they are a bit spicy for my taste, though Thai food is spicier.

Great, warm & friendly people! Over-all, Kim Tours provided me the best possible experience for a trip to this foreign country, and that is despite of some political issues that are all over the news.

We had the Vietnamese part of our trip handled by Kim Tours. I have to say, if I had read about them here, I probably would not have taken them. But I'm glad that we took them anyway - the hotels organised in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City were very good. The tours were a group scene, so you an expect a few annoying people, but they were good for the most part. Their tour guides were good people, friendly, warm and accomodating.

Overall, I would recommend them.

Honestly, I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about for this company. Granted any trip you take has something wrong with it, but it's really about what you make out of the trip. I think everyone who has left a bad review are a bunch of complainers who need a life and should have really spent more time googling information about Vietnam, and Cambodia.

So I will go ahead and leave my biased and honest opinion about out tour and if you are looking for a beautiful place to vacation full of spectacular views, rich culture, and scenary...don't listen to the jerks on here, and check kim tours out!

I am a huge personal fan of the company as I have recently taken a Vietnam tour with them. The tour guides are extremely informative, and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who enjoys the Vietnamese culture!

There are tours for anyone, and their package prices are hard to beat! The locals are soooo nice, and immediately we were greeted with open arms, and a lot of food! You must take a trip on the Halong luxury cruise, visit the Perfume Pagoda, and go to the Hanoi city & villages. You don't need a lot of money when traveling here, however it's always nice to bring some cash so you can buy some cultural clothing, and other items to take back home with you. :)

I was thrilled to see their packages started at only $830! Absolutely phenomenal services, guides, and rates-hands down. We booked our tour through their website and it was so simple!

The only downside to the trip was it rained a bit our first week there, however our tour guide helped us cover ourselves up and allowed us to still enjoy our stay.

My husband had a business trip in Vietnam. I decided to tag along and wanted to find a reputable place to lead us on a great tour and show us all that Vietnam has to offer. This was my first trip out of the Country so needless to say, I was a bit nervous. Kim Tours employees immediately made me feel comfortable. Not only was the tour affordable, it was an excellent way to spend the day!
We saw so many of Vietnam's greatest sites. Ha Long Bay and the villages of the H'mong were by far my favorite and so beautiful.
The only bad part about the tour was the obvious language barrier since my husband and I don't speak Vietnamese. However, Kim Tours does their best to guide travelers who speak all languages. I am sure we missed out on some information during the tour but for the most part, we learned a lot and I left the tour feeling like I was more knowledgeable about Vietnam.
Overall, Kim tours introduced us to new people and new cultures and I would definitely use them again someday if I'm lucky enough to go back to Vietnam.

Here recently some friends of mine and I went on a trip abroad. We wanted to go somewhere off the beaten path, not your ordinary tourist attractions so we took a venture out to Vietnam where we signed up for a highly recommended tour group Kim Tours.

The tour was fantastic seeing the land and all of the land marks in the area. I do not travel outside of the United States often so the language barrier was tough to deal with but over all the trip was a raging success.

The tour guides took us promptly along all of the attractions that were listed in the brochure we were given. If anyone is traveling this area I would highly recommend utilizing this rewarding opportunity.

Firstly, this is a tour company and there seems to be quite a few hotel reviews. If you are looking for a review of Hanoi Hotels this won't be it , but if you want a recommendation for an excellent Hanoi Tour company that is affordable, authentic and friendly Kim Tours is definitely it !

We selected the 6 day tour to Hoa Lu, Tam Coc , Sapa, Halong Bay and of course Hanoi , The trip did start out a little less than an hour late but when you see the Hanoi traffic you'll understand why . I challenge anyone to be timely there. First stop on the trip was Hoa Lu through rural areas and boat rides through rice patties ( bring bug spray) .

The next day we visited the Catcat and the beautiful villages of the H'mong ...culturally very interesting, great food choices albeit a bit exotic for the Western palette . The hotel was clean and comfortable and the air conditioned train ride was much appreciated.

Ha Long Bay portion of the trip was our hands down favorite; the floating village was amazing and the bay itself spectacularly beautiful. The Boat trip was no frills but nice, in fact I would say highly enjoyable. We returned to Hanoi and spent one extra night exploring the city markets on our own until our trip continued to points East . I would definitely pick Kim Tours again and with the overall affordability of Hanoi and Vietnam overall we will be back !

My wife and I decided to take this trip after a long time thinking about whether or not to go to Japan or Vietnam , but eventually we decided to go for Vietnam , and boy we didn't regret.
A colleague from work suggested us a travel agency called Kim Tours , since that colleague is also my best friend , I decided to listen to him and went with Kim Tours.
The price for two was pretty high to be honest , but at the end it really paid off.
A flight from our hometown Zagreb to Hanoi was a pretty long flight I must say , but luckily we slept 90% of the flight so it was okay! Oh also this was our first flight with a plane !! We were so excited.
After we arrived in Hanoi , we were greeted by a tour guide who connected us immediately with the rest of the group of 7 people. People in the group were really great and friendly , most of them are couples too!
Traveling across Hanoi we've met all the beauties of the city , and we've also met their culture which is really interesting. People in Hanoi are actually really friendly.
All in all it was a great trip , I could go on and on about it.
Only bad thing was the food , well it wasn't bad , but it was a food that I wasn't accommodated to. But on the other hand I'm glad that I tried something new!

My fiancé and I and two other couples just returned from a wonderful vacation in Vietnam. While there we decided to use a tour guide to take full advantage of visiting parts of Vietnam. Kim Tours came highly recommended by a coworker who had vacationed in Vietnam a couple of years ago. One of the trips we took was the Perfume Pagoda trip, a full day trip to and from the Perfume Pagoda in Hanoi. The only bad thing was they were late about 45 minutes in picking us up. We had to take somewhat of a long bus ride, but it was well worth it once we got to the harbor. The boat ride was beautiful and the tour guide was very friendly and knowledgable. This was an all day trip, but we were able to stop and have lunch before proceeding to the cave. Once at the cave we decided it was definitely work the trip, the cave was beautiful with awesome rock formations. This is definitely a trip where you want to have a tour guide, and Kim Tours was as helpful and friendly as my coworker had mentioned. One thing you should keep in mind though is the pilgrimage that happens around February – March every year. Depending on whether or not you like crowds should help you determine the best time to make the trip.

It was an excellent 5 day tour. Our group was a good size with 14 people. More than half of them were over the age of 50. Lot of people from Australia, few from England, USA and south America. Our tour guide was Binh. He was knowledgeable and passionate about his country. You could tell he was making every effort to help promote the tourism there. Our bus was very comfortable. Driver Lam was amazing. Most of the hotels were well picked in Hanoi. Best one being Paradise Hangbak... food too was amazing there!!

Kim Tour Hanoi was recommended from the hotel we stayed. We had no fault on our choosing this great travel service for a trip to Halong Bay. Everything went well as planned. The bay was spectacular as described. There were only 5 people on our trip but we still got a full size bus and boat. The food was excellent and plentiful. The young tour guide was extremely informative and helpful, way beyond belief and the cave was a very worthwhile surprise. From our experience, I completely recommend this trip with Kim Tour Hanoi.
